Tickets for each home match will be available to download from your portal by close of business 2 days prior to the scheduled game. You will receive an email confirmation once tickets are available to download on the portal. Tickets can be scanned via your mobile device and do not need to be printed.
In the event you are unable to attend your function, you can "edit attendees" on our Match Day and Club events portal page. The cut off will be 1 week prior to the event start date to do so through the portal. For further information on this process please contact us here.
Please review our product information sheet which is on your confirmation email, this sheet includes details on catering, parking and opening times. Once you have made your booking you will receive more detailed information regarding your specific package and the match you are attending. Our function rooms regularly sell out, so it is best to book in as early as possible to secure your seats. Generally, we would recommend the latest you book your package is two (2) weeks prior to the game. Catering and guests' numbers within the stadium are cut off one (1) week prior to the game. If you have left things late contact our team so we can provide you with a solution.
With your tickets you will receive match day information, this includes all the information about the match and the tickets purchased. Details include the dress code, transport options, function start time, parking options etc. We recommend you pass this onto each of your guests and give them their tickets and relevant information prior to the match day.
It would be best for you to book one of our Outdoor Corporate Boxes or Private Suites. Both of these area's permit under 18's with supervision and suitable catering is available. You will still have a great corporate atmosphere to host your clients in and excellent ground positioning to view the match. Under 18's are not permitted into certain corporate areas on a match day. This is to comply with RSA laws, also, from time to time, on stage content may not always be suitable for children.
